Finding peace in the chaos
Some days, it’s not about the end result—it’s about the journey, the lessons, and the growth along the way.
This morning, as I sat in quiet meditation, reflecting on my purpose for the day, I found myself feeling frustrated. I’ve been waiting for my business merchandise—for both my scrub line and my husband’s products—for three months now. My house feels like a mess, even though I clean it every day. And to top it off, my 10-year-old left his backpack in the car, so I was running around searching for it just so I could charge his school laptop.
In that moment, I had to stop and ask myself: What do I need to do to bring peace into my day? How can I shift my mindset to find comfort and hope instead of frustration?
I turned to my Bible app, took a deep breath, and reminded myself—this life isn’t just about the destination. It’s about the journey. The lessons. The refining process.
God isn’t just focused on the outcome; He’s working on me in the process. And today, that’s enough.
Mamas, if you’re feeling overwhelmed today, pause. Breathe. Ask God what He’s teaching you in this moment. The peace you’re looking for might just be in the surrender.
